North Coast Marine Area 4 The NCMA 4 Block is located in shallow water (100-300’) off the northwest coast of Tobago. Sedimentation occurred in the Miocene – Pliocene, depositing shelfal sands, which are currently under production in the Hibiscus, Chaconia and Poinsettia Fields, located to the southwest of the block.
