4 (b) Open The block is located in shallow water in eastern offshore Trinidad, just east of the Dolphin and Starfish producing fields. It is close to existing pipeline infrastructure. Block 4(b) was offered during the competitive bid round in 1995 and was awarded to Conoco Philips who relinquished the block in 1999.
